Housing Authority Affordable and Senior Communities

The City of Palm Desert Housing Division oversees the City’s affordable housing programs, Rent Review, and the Palm Desert Housing Authority (Authority). The Authority owns and operates fifteen communities delivering rental opportunities by subsidizing over 1,100 affordable rental units.

Any tenant and prospective applicant inquiries for the rental program, questions about certifications, or maintenance concerns should be directed to the Authority's property management team's local office in Palm Desert at 760-674-1139.
